Our Company has over thirty-five years of continuing experience in acoustic emission research and development (including
our subsidiary Dunegan Corporation) and hundreds of man-years of NDT experience when considering the body of Engineers and Scientists in our New Jersey location
alone. The REACT Organization includes a large percentage of this work force and is dedicated to all acoustic technologies including:
acoustic emission; ultrasonic testing (traditional and advanced methods); acousto-ultrasonics; and vibration analysis. We also specialize in numerous applications of
electromagnetic testing techniques.

The REACT Organization is a critical element in defining PAC as an NDT solutions provider. The staff in this group typically works with
a wide variety of customers who come to us with specific problems. We satisfy this need by reviewing the problem, generating analytical models to guide our research,
performing research and/or feasibility studies and then developing a solution that can be integrated into an instrument that we design and fabricate through our
Engineering Department.

Educational Training and Certification
REACT offers a comprehensive education and training program in acoustic emission for
personnel qualification. Available courses are designed to meet the guidelines given by SNT-TC-1A for Level I, II and III certification. Course are
offered throughout the year at our New Jersey facility.
Special in-house courses are also held to address standard and advance software usage, waveform based AE and unique
applications. Other courses are occasionally offered at locations throughout North America for such applications as: Bucket Truck Testing; Railroad Tank Car Testing;
and MONPAC Testing. In addition, REACT can tailor a course to your specific needs and offer it at the location of your choice.
Other Services Offered
Expert Services - REACT offers the services of its Engineers & Scientist to travel to a customer's site for specific
projects. Historically, we have provided on-the-job training for new equipment owners, & applications development for our customers that need expert
consulting. For customers who need to establish a personnel qualification program, we offer Level III services to help put a written practice together &
formalize their certification program.
Systems Development - REACT is involved in the development of new hardware, software and prototype systems.
Initially, through feasibility studies and development contracts, we put together functional specifications. At this point, PAC's Engineering Department takes
these specifications and starts the designs of a system concept. Eventually, a prototype system evolves which can be dedicated to a specific customer application or commercialized.
